Berry Blush is a probiotic water kefir with delicate raspberry, rosehip and hibiscus notes. As well as bursting with life (bacteria and yeasts) Kefir Soda is a vote for natural fermentation, low sugar and microbial diversity. Traditionally handcrafted using a water kefir SCOBY. 

Kefir Soda is our love letter to wild fermentation. Unpasteurised, vegan, dairy and gluten-free; with no sweeteners, preservatives, or additives. Perfect on its own, or as mixer. Available in both 750ml and 300ml (see Soda Box 12 x 300ml). 

Ingredients: rainwater, organic raw cane sugar (fermented out), organic rosehip hibiscus tea (infusion), natural flavour, organic dates, lemon, ginger, The Wild Fermentary live water kefir culture (SCOBY).
