Welcome to The Wild Fermentary, the Supreme Winner of 2021 NZ Food Awards, and home to Aotearoa's wildest living ferments. Inspired by the natural beauty of our rural location we work with Mother Nature to handcraft small batch artisan ferments - kimchi, kraut, kvass and kefir - that are alive with flavour and nutrition. If we're not creating something bubbly and delicious in the Fermentary, you'll probably find us foraging for wild botanicals in our overgrown garden or serving Kefir Soda on-tap at the Clevedon Farmers Market...
