Refunds Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products though understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 10-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in the appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (under such consumer rights legislation).
Please inspect your products ordered online and notify us immediately of any problems. You will be entitled to return a product to us where:
— We receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of receipt
— You must provide proof of purchase with an email PayPal receipt
— The products are not what you ordered, or is of an incorrect quantity
— The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
— You comply with the returns procedure set out below
— And that none of the exclusions set out below apply
If these requirements are not satisfied, The Wild Fermentary reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.
Exclusions
Due to the perishable nature of many our products, the following kinds of products may not be cannot be exchanged or refunded under this policy:
— Product liable to deterioration within the period set out in Section 1 above
— Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.
Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must initially inform us of your intention and reason for the return. To enquire about returning an item, please email orders@thewildfermentary.co.nz. We will arrange with you for the products to be returned to us.
Refunds
We reserve the right to make any refund due to you in whatever way we choose. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information. Please read this carefully. By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below which will apply to any purchase made on this website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
